NMR Study of Intrinsic Defects in Congruent Lithium Niobate

The simulations of NMR spectra of ⁹³Nb nuclei for different models of intrinsic defects in single crystal of congruent lithium niobate have been performed. It has been shown that the most probable defects in LiNbO₃ are complex (Nb_Li + 3 V_Li) and isolated V_Li.
