Phase Transformations in the Y₂BaCuO₅ - ŤBa₃Cu₅O₈ť and Y₂BaCuO₅ - ŤBaCuO₂ť Systems

Peritectic interaction of Y₂BaCuO₅ and Y₂BaCuO_{9- δ} phases with the Y-Ba-Cu-O system flux melt has been modeled. The sequence of phase transformations in the Y₂BaCuO₅-ŤBa₃Cu₅O₈ť and Y₂BaCuO₅-ŤBaCuO₂ť systems when forming the YBa₂Cu₃O_{7- δ} single crystal compound has been established.
