Using a Phase-field-like Approach for the Calculation of Melt Flow and Interface Shape during Czochralski Growth

A phase-field-like approach is introduced into the commercial general-purpose program FIDAPTM to calculate the melt-crystal interface for a quasi-stationary approach of the Czochralski growth. Temperature and flow field are solved using the segregated solver of the FIDAPTM software.
