EXAFS Study of In-rich Phases in Cu-In-Se System

Local atomic structure of Cu2In4Se7 and CuIn3Se5 is studied using the EXAFS method. EXAFS at the K edges of Cu and Se has been measured and analysed. An analysis of the Cu K-edge absorption data was performed with phase shifts and amplitudes determined from the CuInSe2 EXAFS measurements. The Cu-Se and In-Se interatomic distances for both studied compounds have similar values as for CuInSe2.
