Local atomic structure of Cu₂In₄Se₇ and CuIn₃Se₅ is studied using the EXAFS method. EXAFS at the K edges of Cu and Se has been measured and analysed. An analysis of the Cu K-edge absorption data was performed with phase shifts and amplitudes determined from the CuInSe₂ EXAFS measurements. The Cu-Se and In-Se interatomic distances for both studied compounds have similar values as for CuInSe₂.
