Scatter Centers in Rapidly Grown KDP Crystals

Scatter centers in rapidly grown KDP crystal were detected with Ultra-microscopy and TEM. The results have been compared with those obtained from traditional technique. In this paper, the difference is shown and a corresponding mechanism is proposed and discussed.
