This work considered the segregation of manganese in vertical Bridgman-grown GaSb crystals for different ampoule diameters. Experimental data of the impurity distribution were obtained from atomic absorption spectrometry and also Hall measurements. It was demonstrated that the radial segregation is more pronounced in the case of thick ampoule diameters. Furthermore the manganese effective segregation coefficient, resistivity, carrier mobility and density were obtained in each case.
